    Follow up, what is it and how do we use it to our advantage? One of the best ways to describe it is make inquiries of your customer, this shows customers that you are here and are taking a proactive approach to customer service. This is so you find out about your customers and there needs and can approach them in a positive manner.

    Things To Avoid

    To avoid customers because of problems is one thing that poor business people do and it is the absolute worse thing to do. Dodge them and making excuses is a very poor way to handle people and expecting them to go away is like telling them you do not want their business or any of their friends.

    Forget about them is saying to them you only want their money and not their problems. They don’t want the problems and compromising and talking can do a world of good for the business and customer service. Take on the problems just as you take on the sale, both make you money.

    Some Things To Focus On

    Consequences from follow up can be good or bad, it really depends on you. The after effect of what you do can effect the bottom line and end your relations with customers, but if you put yourself in the mindset of taking care of problems then the issue is not so big and the payback is more than you can realize.

    Make inquiries and find out what you customers want and better yet as to what they deserve. While others are completely missing the boat on finding out what customers are saying about you and your company.

    We all want more and then it comes down to one question, are we willing to sell out and go all in to give our best everyday? Maybe this is where we pay it forward? Building the foundation is like building the floor in a house. If you overlook having the floor level you will be going in a downhill motion. Keep moving forward and follow up with your customers you will be glad you did.
